Joe Fresh and JCPenney hosted a soiree last night to kick off their three day pop up shop on Melrose and Crescent Heights in West Hollywood. The collection, which hits stores nationwide beginning on March 15th, is full of cute preppy favorites, in black & white stripes and prints (I chose a striped dress for my upcoming adventures in Austin next week), all ranging in price from $4 to $69.
