I go on and on about the punks and the Victorians and where the two meet and apparently they met once again at Anna Sui last night. Such a great collection, reminds me of how I used to dress in high school (minus the brocade really…) This show made me happy, unlike much of the rest of the week. I don’t know but this NYFW more than any other has felt pedestrian and boring, NYFW is just not what it used to be with the mall like energy of “the tents” at Lincoln Center but I won’t get into that now because it will ruin the great mood of this awesome collection.
