My favorite costume designer Mad Men’s Janie Bryant is hosting a day of shopping at Bloomingdale’s in Century City tomorrow with vintage inspired jeweler Carolee. Janie will dole out jewelry and fashion advice from 1 to 4pm and with a $150 purchase customers will get an autographed copy of Janie’s style book The Fashion File. I met Janie at my own house warming when she came along with a mutual friend of ours, back in May, but since I was hosting the soiree I only got five minutes in between refilling guests’ wine glasses and replacing snacks at the table to say hello which was a bummer because she is truly one of my favorite stylists in Hollywood. And incredibly sweet to boot!
