Young designer Joy Cioci has consistently done beautiful pieces starting with her first season launch in 2011, which I fell in love with (one of my clients, Taryn Manning, was the first to wear Joy on the red carpet). Fall 2013 is no different with gorgeous dresses, unique cuts and great colors.
