L & W Oyster Co opened two months ago with a slightly changing menu on a daily basis. We ate there last night and flipped over everything we could get our mouths on, right down to the homemade goldfish crackers we found on our table when we sat down. The menu is obviously seafood and shellfish focused (Peconic Bay Scallop Hash, Brooklyn Clam Chowder, Lobster BLT, Calamari, Lobster Mac & Cheese, it’s all insane) Oh and then there is dessert, which one of our bright eyed fashionistas couldn’t resist. We had the Sticky Toffee Pudding with ice cream and pretty much slid off our seats. Their Smoked Bluefish Fondue and “Angry Crab Cakes” below. Insanely good.
