Tia Mowry in BCBG & Amanda Pearl

Last night Tia Mowry wore this gorgeous BCBG gown to the NAACP Image Awards ceremony in LA. The clutch is by one of my favorite bag designers, Amanda Pearl, the heels are Rene Caovilla and the diamonds were shipped in from Hearts on Fire. She looks stunning right? I am kind of obsessed with the color combo we ended up doing during our virtual fitting by phone and text yesterday morning while I was in NY and Tia was in LA. A close up of the diamond earrings & ring below… Continue reading

Vanity Fair, Campaign Hollywood

Vanity Fair is rolling out the magazine’s annual week-long cocktail fest leading up to the Oscars for the 13th season and doing all kinds of fun things online for the occasion with their newly launched site where they will present Social L.A.: “an online social retailing experience created in conjunction with Foursquare. Social L.A. will become the mobile destination guide on what to do, see, and experience in Los Angeles during awards season.” They also sponsored a contest to find a reporter Continue reading

The Last Magazine Party

I went to The Last Magazine party last night at the newly re-opened ACME on Great Jones which was a great hot sweaty awesome mess for the first hour (I got felt up atleast a dozen times as we made our way through the crowd). And all well worth the effort to hang with Tenzin & Co (and to wax poetic to Phillip Lim himself about how obsessed I am with his line!) I did a little Sundance round up piece for TLM which went up online last week. An image of Malgosia above, shot by Josh Olins for the new issue that’s on newsstands now and one of my favorite 3.1 Phillip Lim looks that I shot as well as obsession worthy looks from the new fall collection he showed this week below… Continue reading

Above is a sketch of Jerome’s from the Spring 2012 collection that is in stores now (!) and below are some of my favorites from the new fall 2012 collection I saw today (love that cayenne boot!) Continue reading

Michael Kors Fall 2012

Michael Kors Fall 2012. I’m having a slight aversion to the color red right now (I’m all about blue at the moment) but something about the plaids up there is so chic. Love the whole collection!
