Cooking Classes at BLT Steak

Kind of a rad first date idea… I’m still not eating meat for the moment but would probably break my rule for the night for the right guy. On February 12th, Chef Brian Moyers is hosting the first in a series of cooking classes at BLT Steak Los Angeles. Priced at $80 per person, guests will learn how to prepare BLT’s signature steaks and experience an interactive tutorial on basic butchery. Immediately following the tutorial, you will enjoy a three-course lunch, paired with a selection of wines, in the restaurant. Classes begin at 1:00pm and are expected to last about 90 minutes.
