One of the few things I did at Sundance besides watch films hourly and daily was grab lunch at the Stella Café presented by Food & Wine and Sorel at the Galaxy Tab Lift. It’s in the same space on Main Street where MySpace had their cafe. The food is always stellar (no pun intended) and it’s nice to chill outside in the snow and sun when the weather permits. This year the cafe featured food from Michael Voltaggio (best known for winning Bravo’s “Top Chef” Season 6) and Fig’s Ray Garcia. I got obsessed with the spinach, strawberry & goat cheese salad and the veggie burger, of course. I heard the pulled pork sandwich was killer (it did look good, I was tempted.) They also had pies from Harry & David which were amazing. I indulged in the pear pie to quell the hangover…
