Feeding people is one of my favorite activities and I get as much pleasure out of cooking a meal for friends as I do hosting a big dinner for a brand or feeding strangers on the street hot pancakes from Norm’s. There is something comforting and human about the act of feeding people, it is kind and makes us feel loved, regardless of which side of the fork you are on. PJ Brice, the founder of Cheeky Home taps into that warm feeling and spreads the food and love all around with his new company, which launched product at Target only a few months ago. The company partnered up with Feeding America to donate a meal every time you buy one of their paper products, which include plates, cups and other essentials for the table. They just reached one million meals bought in the their first four months. That is incredible. They are the only paper product I will buy now for my BBQ and birthday parties. Cheeky, you have my heart. Below, evidence of a fun evening with the Cheeky peeps in West Hollywood last night at a new place, which I also immediately fell in love with, Stir Market, where they carry one of my favorite wines from Art + Farm as well. Yoobi is another company that gives back, donating a classroom item to a school here in the US every time someone purchases one of their products. Ditto the food company 2 Degrees, which feeds a child a meal for every meal bar sold. Love all of this so much. Thank you for the good work and spreading love and kindness.
