It was a good first day of fashion week. Maybe the flock has not only read but heeded Veronique Hyland’s hysterical and all too true advice but there were less cell phones waving in the air during the five shows I saw yesterday. One of my favorites was in the dreaded 9am slot but worth the effort. Nicholas K showed a great collection of layered flowy fabrics for spring in every shade of my favorite sand brown olive army minty green imaginable with all the brass and leather hardware a girl could want to create that shabby chic perfection I die for. And lace up stiletto heels in the same gorgeous colors. Love it. More below.
