I love a good gift list. If I had all the money in the world my friends and family would be so spoiled but in the meantime some fabulous and still (sort of) affordable gifts above and below, starting with one of my favorite scents, the Hermes Eau d’orange verte Eau de cologne spray. Below, wine, books, candles, jewelry, music, films and gadgets for every spoiled brat in your life (including me!) Did I mention the Manolo Blahnik camouflage heels? Yes, they are on the list too.
Circadia Cabernet Sauvignon wine from Napa based winery Art + Farm and one of my favorite films at this year’s Sundance film festival, Ryan Coogler’s Fruitvale Station is an amazing film, and it just came out on DVD this month. Watch it and get it before it hits the Oscars race.
A beautiful Peter Beard photography book, a Belstaff tote bag (for me please) and Dayna Decker’s collaboration with Estancia Winery Chardonnay scented candles, which smell like heaven.
An insane Stephen Webster “Fly by Night Batmoth” ring that is totally not affordable but oi, it’s just so pretty. Ditto the Manolo Blahnik camouflage heels. Is it wrong to want everything on my own list?
Erasure’s new “holiday” album, which just came out on Mute Records, Snow Globe (I am listening to it as I type) is so good!
Vinyl never gets old (no pun intended), I love this Studebaker turntable for all the music devotees that still obsess over real records. It’s got AM / FM radio too!
