I don’t care how well I know the scriptures of being vegan and raw (and I will not argue that it is the healthiest way to live, it really is) but my favorite meal is still stinky cheese, salami, some fresh figs, honey, nuts and serious wine. There I fess up. So I am thrilled to hear that Murray’s Cheese opened up a Murray’s Cheese Bar (!!) a few doors down from the shops retail location on Bleecker Street. It will be one of my first stops come NYFW in September. Open daily 5pm-1am, 264 Bleecker St.
