Alli Webb, the owner and genius behind this long needed concept in LA comes from years of hair styling experience and opened her first Dry Bar in Brentwood earlier this year in February. I am so impressed that someone finally opened a great affordable salon here in LA especially one that focuses on the one thing I am always looking for on the West Coast: the perfect blow out.
