Rodarte Fall 2012
I am so into all of the graphic black and white mismatched prints and stripes and tweeds on the runways (also see Maria Cornejo and Rag & Bone below…) Love Rodarte‘s fall 2012 collection.
Jerome C. Rousseau Fall 2012
For the past few seasons Jerome C. Rousseau has taken up residence during fashion week at Soho House, surrounded by inspiration and his new collection of beautiful heels. Above is a sketch of Jerome’s from the Spring 2012 collection that … Continue reading

Michael Kors Fall 2012
Michael Kors Fall 2012. I’m having a slight aversion to the color red right now (I’m all about blue at the moment) but something about the plaids up there is so chic. Love the whole collection!
Eric Fischl at Mary Boone
Eric Fischl‘s new show opened at Mary Boone gallery this past Saturday night and is up through March 17th. I swung by today and it’s gorgeous. I love his work so much. 541 West 24th Street.

Baltimore-based band Lower Dens‘ second album, Nootropics (pronounced No-eh-tro-pics) is out May 1st in the US and April 30th everywhere else on Ribbon Music. “Brains” is a track off that album that I am obsessing over.

Zero + Maria Cornejo Fall 2012
Always one of the highlights of my week, I am determined to get one of the girls I style into something from this collection this season. I love Zero by Maria Cornejo, such a fun show to go to.
Whitney Houston, RIP
There is nothing more heartbreaking than watching a talented artist rise, fall, crash and burn and be remembered for the tragedy of their death rather than the talent and skills that brought them into our hearts in the first place. … Continue reading
